We service Boone, Clinton, Montgomery, Hamilton, and Hendricks Counties in Indiana AND EXPANDING! However, depending on your project we are available to help anyway. 

Often times homeowners or business insurance will pay for these services. In instances that insurance does not cover certain expenses, we will work with you to evaluate all our options prior to service. 

Yes! We can contact them directly with your permission to discuss coverage options and figure out the best plan for you. 

Each case is different. Often times we need to be on-site to evaluate the incident entirely so we can provide you with a rough estimate of the project cost. In non-urgent projects not involving the need for an immediate response, we can easily schedule a time to meet with you at your convenience.

Some projects can take as little as a day while others may take a week or more. Each case is different and we will gladly provide you an estimated completion date so you can plan accordingly. 

Depending on the stage of remediation involved, it is best to contact your site representative to confirm the safe entry into the structure due to the presence of chemicals, equipment, and in-process debris. Everyone’s safety is our priority. 

Yes. However, if utilities are not available we can still provide services by bringing in a generator and water supply at additional cost. With your permission and in rare circumstances, we can ask local utilities to activate services for the cleanup process only. 

There may be other avenues to explore to help cover the cost of remediation. These are sometimes provided by local government agencies who assist the public in your circumstance if you qualify. You may also be able to set up a budget for our services for us ‘not to exceed’ so the costs won’t exceed your expectations. We will try everything we can to help. 

Yes you certainly can. We are very understanding that sometimes life hits us hard and pride gets in the way of asking for help. We will gladly accept prepayment for our offered services, make contact and ensure our services will not be billed to them. Any amount left over will be returned to you or you may choose to donate it to our Community Assistance Account to help others. 

Absolutely! We take great pride in assisting you in every way we can from start to finish and beyond. We will explain each step in the process, reach out to local government agencies as necessary, communicate directly with insurance, and handle the entire remediation process from start to finish if you would like. 

Yes. We will complete an assessment of the property, figure out the tasks and priorities you want us to handle, and once approved we will get started! 

Yes! We never want a family member or friend to get hurt or pass away especially if it is preventable. Anything we can do to help your loved ones live better for longer we will try to help with. Installation of handicapped bars in the shower? No problem. Changing smoke detector batteries? You got it. Building a wheelchair ramp? On it! We make the entire process stress free for you and them! 

Yes! We will set up an action plan with you to clean out and restore the property to your standards and turn it back over to you when you are ready.
